木曽川に程近い、古い街並みが残る住宅地に計画された2世帯のための平屋の住居です。

旗竿形状の広い敷地の特徴を生かし、道路の気配を感じない中庭型のプランをご提案しました。外部アプローチで訪れる人を迎えるのは、造園された木々の緑とコンクリート打放しの自立壁。エントランスをくぐると天井の高い空間に再度コンクリートの壁が現れ、内外が連続したような感覚のもと、中庭の緑が視界に入ります。
腰高ほどの高低差を設けたダイニングキッチンは中庭の全景とリビング全体が見渡せ、家族が自然に集まる場所。リビングは中庭のデッキとつながりながら高い天井を感じられる寛ぎの場所として設えられました。外壁のホワイトと共に白く纏められた室内では床の古材オーク、キッチンのブラッククオーツ、壁面のアクセントタイルが穏やかな質感を纏め上げています。
中庭の木々が風に揺れ、ここだけの静かな時間が流れる住宅が完成しました。

It is a one-story residence for two households planned in a residential area with an old townscape near the Kiso River.

Taking advantage of the large site with a flagpole shape, we proposed a courtyard-type plan that does not feel the sign of the road.
Visitors are welcomed by the green of the landscaped trees and the self-supporting wall of the exposed concrete, and when passing through the entrance, the concrete wall reappears in the high ceiling space, and the green of the courtyard can be seen.
The dining kitchen is a place where families can naturally gather, with a panoramic view of the courtyard and the entire living room.The living room was set up as a relaxing place where you can feel the high ceiling while connecting to the deck of the courtyard.
The trees in the courtyard swayed in the wind, and A house where only here,a quiet time flows was completed.
