地下鉄駅からほど近くの住宅街に建つ、RC造3層住宅の計画です。

計画地は地下鉄が走る大通りから脇にそれた街区に位置し、前面道路には多くの歩車が行き交う敷地において、オーナー様が要望されたのは、強固なプライバシー性と広い開放感を併せ持つ空間でした。北側に道路を携え他方面を隣家に囲まれた状態の中、一見相反する要素を満たすため、エントランスアプローチと一体の大きな中庭を中心に各諸室を配置する空間構成としました。
広く明るい中庭を通した各室の視線の抜けが、実際の室面積よりも広がりある空間を感じさせます。エントランスを中庭側に設けることで、建物間口全体をビルトインガレージに充てることを可能にしており、また、その上部に立ち上がったRC壁の内側を2階LDKに面した光庭とすることで、周囲の喧騒の遮断と採光・通風の確保を両立させています。 意匠面では、クリーンなコンクリート打ち放し仕上げとグレー調の左官仕上げを軸として仕上材や納まりを極力ソリッドに纏め、伸びやかな空間性がより際立つように意図するとともに、ファサードにおいては、一辺に設けたアール壁がマッシブなボリュームの圧迫感を緩和させることを期待しました。 庭を挟んで向かい合う各室の絶妙な距離感がゆるやかな繋がりを生み、それぞれがプライベートな時間を過ごしながらも庭を通じて一体感を感じる豊かな邸宅となりました。

This is a three-story reinforced concrete house in a residential area close to subway station.

This planned site is in a side street from the main street, with many pedestrians and cars passing by on the front road. Therefore, the owner requested a space that would provide both privacy and a sense of spaciousness.
The building is surrounded by neighboring houses so that each room is arranged around a large courtyard that is integrated with the entrance approach. By placing the entrance on the courtyard side, the entire building frontage could be used as an inner garage.In addition, by using the inside of the wall as a garden taking sunlight that was able to both block out the sounds of the surrounding area and to ensure lighting and ventilation.In terms of the design, the concrete and gray plaster finish is the core. And the finishing materials are seamlessly arranged to accentuate the expansiveness of the space. On the facade, rounded one side wall is to reduce the sense of oppression.
