本計画は名古屋駅近くに位置するオフィスビルプロジェクトです。

周囲はオフィスビルに囲われ道路境界線間際まで建物が迫る典型的なオフィス街です。その為、要であるビルエントランスが歩道から視認しづらいという問題点を抱えており、周囲の建物との差別化を図ると共に内部空間については最低限の操作で効率的にイメージの刷新を図ることが求められました。
エントランスポーチからエレベーターホールまで伸びる導線には石調ダイノックシート貼の装飾壁を基調とし、三角形の幾何学模様の意匠へ刷新しました。ランダムに配置されたステンレスミラーは飛び石のように奥へと視線を誘い込むと同時に、緩やかなカーブの効果により周囲の並木や建物を内部に反射させ、町並みとの一体感を創出しています。
また装飾壁の対面にはR壁を新設し、壁の内側にビルオーナー様ご要望の自動販売機を設置。流れるような動線を誘導すると共に、空間に絞り込むようなパースを効かせることで明るく奥行きを感じさせる効果があります。
本計画では、新たなイメージ創出とビル全体のポテンシャルを引上げた効果により、オーナー様は勿論各テナント様より、大変喜ばれるプロジェクトとなりました。

This plan is an office building project located near Nagoya Station.

Surrounded by office buildings, it is a typical office district where the buildings approach the road boundary.It was required to differentiate from the surrounding buildings and to efficiently renew the image of the interior space with a minimum of operations.
The conductor that extends from the entrance to the elevator hall is based on a decorative wall with a stone-like dynoc sheet, and has been redesigned with a triangular geometric pattern.Randomly arranged stainless steel mirrors draw the line of sight to the back, and at the same time, the effect of the gentle curve reflects the surrounding trees and buildings inside, creating a sense of unity with the townscape.
