ショールーム中央に配置されたは展示車を見ながら商談できる開かれたオープンスペース。

モトーレン静岡富士店【静岡県富士市】

富士山を眺められる青葉通りから西方に位置する、BMWコアメッセージ「駆け抜ける歓び」を体現した新コンセプトショールームと最新自動車整備工場を組合せた複合施設です。

前面道路に約45ｍ接する計画地の特性を活かし、キャノピー部とショールームの屋根の高さを揃える事で力強い水平ラインを強調し、「凛」とした力強さを兼ね備えた構成としています。
室内は白を基調とし窓枠部分に黒を備える事で軽快かつモダンな内部空間を構成しています。また、ショールームの内部空間とガラスカーテンウォールから展示車両を照らす自然光によって、BMWコアメッセージをより身近に体感頂けるシーンを演出しています。お客様と一緒に整備内容確認を行うダイレクトレセプションや納車時に特別な時間をお過ごし頂く為のハンドオーバーエリアも完備しています。
BMWのシンプルかつ力強いデザインコンセプトを備えつつ、地域に調和する成熟した建物を目指しました。

It is a complex facility that embodies the BMW core message "joy of running through".

Taking advantage of the characteristic of being in contact with the front road for about 45 m, the height of the roof is made uniform to emphasize the powerful horizontal line, and it has a structure that combines strength.
The interior is based on white and has black on the window frame to create a light and modern interior space.In addition, the natural light that illuminates the exhibition vehicle from the glass curtain wall creates a scene where you can experience the BMW message more closely.There is also a direct reception where you can check the maintenance details with the customer and a handover area where you can spend a special time when delivering the car.
